Dress: Boohoo, Heels: Zara, Purse: Vintage
While in Gran Canaria, one must definitely stop by the beautiful Puerto de Mogàn. It's a charming little fisherman's village with shops and restaurants. The most striking feature for me: the gorgeous flowers that grow in the little streets. All houses are painted white but the contouring of the windows, doors and edges of the houses themselves is painted in blue, red or yellow. Really if I'd live in any Spanish country, I'd love to have a little house here. They don't call it the "Venice of the Canaries" for nothing. Anyways long story short: perfect location for shooting! I truly felt like a Spanish señorita strolling through the streets in a pretty dress. This one I bought in Boohoo right at the ending of last winter. Sadly to say they don't have things in their webshop for a long time so it's not available anymore (if anyone was interested). Paired with some nude heels (I just love these strappy ones from Zara) and my beloved purse I was ready to go. I know I mostly leave my locks loose in their curly state (yeah it's my signature look), for this day I braided it. Gran Canaria does have a bit of humidity in the air sometimes and my hair doesn't like that. But yeah I like the variation, I'm really gonna try to update my hairstyles more often in the future. It's so funny though because in highschool it was up 90% of the time. Anyways for those wanting to see more of Gran Canaria: see my postcards here, another look here and my favorite outfit post in the dunes of Mas Palomas. What was your favorite of my travels?
