I know I promised something architecture related but hey who can resist not going out in the snow as a well-deserved break after handing in papers? The outfit, the two Asos items were bought in the sales and I finally got to see them last friday, plus the photo's got me too excited not to share already. About my exams: only one big one to go next week but I can already feel the weight lifting from my shoulders with each passing day. I do wonder every year how I possibly survive. I know one thing I'm gonna do when I'm free: sleep LOADS and just watch tv-series all day. Ahhh the longing for a snuggly warm bed and a good show! Of course I've also planned other things to do, we're not gonna go totally lazy right? Oh you might recognize this forest: we went here for an autumn walk a while ago.
I've wanted a pair of leather leggings (or fake ones like these) for quite a while now, as I seem to wear my only black jeans A LOT. For those paying attention, I'm not one of those bloggers who only wears things once. I do have a way too tiny closet for my clothing collection but there are those few basic items which go with everything. As I'm totally in love with black lately, these leggings were such a bargain! The sweater is also a sale item, ahh online sale shopping was such a treat as a break! I did order it too big because I took an US 8 as the same size as an UK 8 (oops). But hey lucky for me the oversized trend is still rolling and it looks quite alright. Made me quite happy to see it fit, I love the color and print. Ok I'm starting to blab too much about my outfit, maybe I should ask what you all think: were these items a good buy or not?

The leggings look great! I have a tendency to gravitate towards my black jeans as well but guess they're just easier to match with everything considering that it's black :)
ReplyDeleteLeggins are absolutely gorgeous ! I have got pair of leather pants, I didn't want to buy leggins because..well, i feel too exposed in leather ones ;) The good thing about leggins is that they fit you perdect, where my leather pants sometimes don't.. : c well, I guess i'll have to buy leggins too. This outfit is lovely. Can't wait to see new one !

This outfit is gorgeous, and definitely yes, those Asos items are a good buy, I love the leather leggings, I keep searching for a good-looking pair in stores but without any luck. The sweater is beautiful, I love its color and it looks perfect on you :) I'm a huge fan of black as well, can't seem to be able to change that and I also love to wear my items on repeat! ^_^
